As information technology consultant my main task is to motivate the team to achieve business objectives.
The last 10 years I have worked in the IT area for the banking industry, retail, ecommerce, housing and government, in projects related to architecture and software development (new products, platform migration and modernization) in commercial and open source environments. In mining of applications and recovery of knowledge of the source code (reverse engineering) for rehosting and refactoring, as well as infrastructure migration.
As entrepreneur, I work in different fields of research such as artificial intelligence, mobile development, geo-marketing and recovery of design and re-documentation through the extraction of knowledge from the source code.
I keep informed through reports of the most important brokerages and consulting firms such as Gartner, Standish Group, Forrester Research and others. I review international research papers and use tools such as the Gartner Magic Quadrant, G2 Crowd, maturity models and trend analysis in order to have quality data to make better decisions.
I am an agile practitioner under Scrum/Kanban methodologies. I am certified Scrum Master.
As vice-president of CANACINTRA Orizaba (2006-2007) I fostered several programs like: Business Days, the adoption of the electronic invoice, Business Tables and, I am author and trainer of Handling Difficult Customers.
Currently I am freelancer consultant for the implementation of change management, incidents, assets, configuration and service desk based on ITIL framework based on OTRS open source application.
